Positive Energy Health + Fitness is a new wellness facility currently proposed as an urban infill development to help regenerate Balgowlah’s post industrial precinct.
The spatial planning is orientated around the central garden courtyard in which the wellness spaces interact with. The building will contain a fitness studio, spin room, yoga and mediation space, therapy rooms, kids play area, juice bar and associated amenities.
The Development Application has recently been submitted to Northern Beaches Council.
